Our base is connected with the element Earth and its energy represents stillness & stability, being present & centred. Without a strong foundation to our energy bodies, all other centres are affected. Being grounded and connected to Earth is essential in the busy times we live, to help find that inner peace and calm within the sometimes storms.

The energy of this chakra governs our ability to stay present and cope in our environment by balancing actions and reactions, as well as maintaining our physical body through acceptance and connecting its messages.

You will learn techniques to support each of the chakras and if you like, choose a bush flower remedy to work with. There is a good mix of theory and practical, along with group interaction and opportunities to share anything you would like with the group!
