Yoga & Mindfulness

Find calm in the chaos and peace in the simplicity of being.
Balance your heart, mind and life!

My love for yoga began in 2005, when my high pressure work schedule needed some serious balance. Since then yoga has really changed my life, allowed me to release the shackles and create space to breathe in this busy world!
Developing great passion for the practice lead me to complete my first teacher training in 2011. Since then I've completed further teacher trainings below, to better facilitate classes for a wider audience and with different needs -
  • power yoga
  • vinyasa flow
  • yin yoga
  • mindfulness meditation
  • yoga nidra relaxation
  • long slow deep
  • restorative yoga

Our Yoga Classes happen at 1 Oceanic Street, Wellington Point

In fact, yoga therapy is accessible to those people who find it difficult or unsuitable to attend public classes and also for those that would like to have their own individualised practice.
