My love for yoga began in 2005, when my high pressure work schedule needed some serious balance. Since then yoga has really changed my life, allowed me to release the illusion of suffering from my mind and create space to breathe in this busy world!
 
Developing a great passion for the practice lead me to complete my first teacher training in 2011. Since then I've completed further teacher trainings below, to better facilitate classes for a wider audience and with different needs -

Boutique small group classes are available and bookings are essential due to class sizes... best to book early to avoid disappointment! Classes are suitable for all levels and are not boot camp style which can add to our modern-day stressors.
 
Mindful flow classes are based on traditional yoga with a focus on mindfulness and reducing stress while keeping the body fit and mobile, with ease and grace. The restorative sound yoga is the perfect way to relax and rejuvenate, stretching whilst softening and rebalancing your energy with sound healing :)
Winter Class Schedule
  • Tuesday 6pm Mindful Yoga Flow (with Dr Niikee)
  • Thursday 6pm Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath (Yoga therapist Linda) 
Casual classes $22 - single casual class pass
Monthly unlimited $55 - includes access to any live classes and the online pre-recorded class library that you can access and yoga anywhere anytime! Free to cancel at any time.

Monthly Circle Gatherings  

When women gather magic happens!
Join Linda Alston and Dr Niikee for one of our monthly full moon circles. Each month, we gather together to share ceremony, health-promoting Kundalini yoga kriyas, guided meditations, and the sharing of our stories over handmade chocolates and delicious herbal teas or sacred cacao. Groups are themed to the season and the astrological influences of the time.
