When we think about wellness, we might think about physical health, mental emotional health OR spiritual health.

One thing I've noticed over the decades of being a traditional naturopath is that clients tend to pick and choose their focus and often ignore the other facets.

The reality is that ALL of these things are important!!

The old coined term BODY - MIND - SPIRIT refers to ALL of these essential components and how they are ALL interrelated...
