“My mission is to empower you to become healthier and happier by accessing your inner healing abilities. We do this through traditional and holistic health offerings.”

Good health is something many of us are lucky to have when we start our lives....  What we choose to do from there is up to us. Our choices of what we do, how we think and feel, will tell the story of how our health will turn out in the long run and for the rest of our lives.

On the basic physical level, pre-packaged and processed convenience foods prevents our body to perform its usual day to day tasks of keeping us well. On the other hand, vitamins and minerals are called ESSENTIAL nutrients for the reason that they are essential to stay healthy.

 

Once you understand what your body needs and why, it is much easier to then make your own decisions when faced with the next diet fad or miracle cure. Everybody is different too, so there is no one size fits all and if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!!

For true wellbeing, we need to consider the self as a whole, body, mind & spirit, as well as the surrounding environment.

Wellness is not just the absence of disease, it is maintaining optimal health and balance with positive emotions, thoughts and actions.

 

Feeling emotions as they arise is beneficial, so they can be released. However, holding onto any negative thought patterns long-term creates disharmony and disease.

 

Many traditions over eons have known this, whilst more and more scientific research is confirming how we think, feel and act plays a vital role in our overall health.

  • Are there underlying patterns or energetic blocks which are slowing you down or preventing you from living abundantly?

  • Do you believe in yourself and consider yourself of value?

  • Are you taking time out for yourself to regroup and evaluate where you are at from or are you just being constantly carried away in the whirlwind of a hectic lifestyle?  

  • Are your thoughts keeping you living in the past, being on constant replay or do you find yourself continually worrying about the future? 

 

In all, sorting out regular habits is one massive step in the right direction as it is much easier to feel happier when you're not feeling sick. Getting more balance in the everyday and making the most of what you have is like the icing on the cake, where you can shine and really start to enjoy life so much more!!

Ultimately, the body heals itself in the right environment and all we need to do is find what is right for us. The rest then takes care of itself!
