In this series we will be diving into the frequencies of our central energy portals. I will be sharing all about these centres and ways we can restore harmony when these areas go out of alignment. Â Â
The evenings include a mix of balancing practices, guided meditations and activations, chats, and connection with like-minded souls, over some delicious treats, herbal tea & sacred cacao.Â
At the end, you have the opportunity to make yourself a flower essence to take home. Â
